Government shutdown clock ticking as House speakership remains vacant

House Majority Leader Steve Scalise of Louisiana and Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio have announced runs for the speakership following the historic ouster of Kevin McCarthy. Whoever gets the job will immediately be under pressure to pass a spending bill with a government shutdown looming once again. CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion has more.
